With a portfolio of over 1,200 homes and growing, rentMACK serves nearly 3,600 rental occupants, all of whom are granted ownership options for the homes they reside in. rentMACK provides residents with 24/7 on-call maintenance services, online payment options and an open line of communication with leasing and management. rentMACK is managed and brokered by Oak Park Avenue Realty, LTD.

We understand renting and leasing a home can be stressful, and so we’ve done our best to address the most common questions and concerns regarding our processes and services. For any additional questions not addressed below, please contact your leasing agent or property manager directly.

“Don’t just rent - Rent-to-Own”

  • We are committed to providing affordable homeownership opportunities to all rentMACK residents and we believe a no-hassle, no-obligation rent-to-own option grants all of our residents’ the opportunity to work towards the purchase of a home. Every rentMACK lease comes with a standard two-year rent-to-own option on the rental property our resident’s call home. There are no additional fees for this option; it is simply a reward system that applies a $300 buyer’s credit every month that rent is paid on time. At the end of the two-year option, every resident is granted the opportunity to purchase the home they rent using the credits they have earned during their lease term. The rentMACK rent-to-own option is truly a risk-free way for residents to work towards home-ownership.
